Nutritionist, Herbalist, Organizer

We want our patients to succeed so we offer services to support them in their health quest. The services include:

  • A nutritionist and health coach
  • An herbalist and nutritionist
  • An supplement organizer

These services are provided by professionals we have vetted and worked with. They bill clients directly and have no financial relationship to Whole Psychiatry.

Certified Holistic Health Coach

Marla Hewitt is a certified health coach and an amazing healthy food chef and cooking teaching. The founder of Nurture Health Coaching, she studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is trained in Functional Nutrition, and has completed a program on how environmental toxins affect our health.

Marla creates a personalized “roadmap to health” that suits her clients’ unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. She works closely with clients in implementing Dr. Hedaya’s diet and lifestyle recommendations.  She works by phone, or in person in her kitchen, which is near the Whole Psychiatry, and offers workshops and group classes. Marla has a special interest in supporting people with mental health issues.

Marla made the connection between food and health when her four year old daughter had a constant cycle of bronchitis, and her doctors gave her repeated rounds of antibiotics.  Marla decided to remove dairy from her daughter’s diet, and her daughter’s transformation was remarkable.  She never needed another antibiotic for as long as she stayed off dairy.  Her energy grew and her health improved immediately. Debora Peyer pic

Deborah Peyer runs orders, organizes and packages supplements and medications for clients to use on a daily basis.   The client or doctor selects the supplement and/or prescription pills, which Debbie puts into individual packets.  With the doctor’s approval, Pills-Organizer refills client’s prescriptions.   Medications can be organized by date and time for each 30 day supply.   It is a service designed to make easier to take the right dosage of medication on the correct schedule.   You can reach her at

Debby Peyer has been very professional with her services. Each month she takes care of ordering all of my medication and sends it directly to my house. My package comes neatly compartmentalized so I can easily figure out which medications I am supposed to be taking and when throughout the day I should take them. I would recommend using her services.  – Ethan T.
